Homeowner Data Services, Inc. was started in 1991 by George O'Neil and Ray Henry. Our concept then—and now—is to provide a low cost method for churches, small business owners, doctors, custom shops, etc..to reach families who have recently purchased homes in their geographic area.
On January 2, 2008 Homeowner Data Services, Inc (now the Nation's largest New Homeowner marketer) launched a new product that allows you to market your products and services directly to the female new homeowner. Originally designed to provide names to local Mary Kay representatives, this new service geared toward only female new homeowners is now available to you.
